How to use my domain name with CANVA?

There are two steps to publish your CANVA website with your custom domain name at Moreweb.
 

Step 1: In your Moreweb account:

1. Log in to your Moreweb account and open the MENU.
2. Go to DOMAIN NAMES > ACTIVE.
3. Hover over the domain and click on MANAGE.
4. Click on MANAGE ZONE on the left side.
5. Click on NEW RECORD in the panel below and select A (IPv4 Address) under Type.
6. Enter "@" into the Host field and enter the IP Address 103.169.142.0 into the IPV4 field. You will find the IP address also in your CANVA account (see step 1).
7. Leave TTL and Dynamic DNS fields unchanged and click SAVE RECORD.
8. Click again on NEW RECORD in the panel below and select A (IPv4 Address) under Type.
9. Enter "www" into the Host field and enter the IP Address 103.169.142.0 into the IPV4 field.
10. Leave TTL at 1h and click SAVE RECORD.
11. Click SAVE ZONE.

The verification can take up to 48 hours to connect. If it is not connected right away, please check again at a later time. If it is longer than 24 hours, contact us.
 

Step 2: In your CANVA account:

1. Select Publish Website in the upper corner of the editor menu.
2. Click on the Get a new domain link.
3. In the Use a custom domain window, choose Bring your own domain, then select Continue.
4. Enter your domain in the text box. Don’t include “www.”
5. Select Continue.
