The catch-all feature redirects all email sent to non-existing email addresses under your domain to a specific mailbox where the catch-all is activated.
Steps to activate catch-all on a specific mailbox:
- In your account, go to PRODUCTS (Left Side Menu) > EMAIL.
- Find the concerned domain in the list and click on "SHOW ALL" on the right-hand side.
- Locate the mailbox where you want to activate catch-all and click on the MANAGE Icon on the right.
- Toggle the CATCH ALL button to "ON" (it will turn green).
- A confirmation message will appear above the setting to indicate successful activation.
