The catch-all feature redirects all email sent to non-existing email addresses under your domain to a specific mailbox where the catch-all is activated.
Steps to activate catch-all on a specific mailbox:
- In your account, open the MENU.
- Go to PRODUCTS > EMAIL.
- Click on the mailbox you want to update.
- Toggle the CATCH ALL button to "ON" (it will turn green).
- A confirmation message will appear above the setting to indicate successful activation.
