How do I add SRV records?

SRV records are used to point a specific service within your domain to a server name and a port number:

1. In your account, navigate to DOMAINS (Left Side Menu) > ACTIVE.
2. Hover over the domain you want to edit and click on the Manage Icon on the right.
3. Click on EDIT DNS ZONE.
4. Click on NEW RECORD.
5. Select SRV (Service Locator) in the Type dropdown menu.
6. Fill in the required fields as provided by your hosting provider, or use the TEMPLATE feature to prefill certain fields.
7. Click on SAVE.
8. Click on SAVE CHANGES.

Note: DNS changes may take up to 24 hours to propagate throughout the entire Internet.

Important: This option is only available if the domain is using our name servers.
