How do I configure mail forwarding in my DNS Zone?

To configure Mail Forwarding for email, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account and navigate to DOMAINS > ACTIVE.
2. Hover over the domain you wish to configure and click on the Manage icon on the right.
3. Click on EDIT DNS ZONE.
4. Click on NEW RECORD.
5. In the Type menu, select "Mail (Mail Forward)".
6. From the TEMPLATE dropdown list, select "Single-Rule".
7. Enter the source email address for forwarding.
8. Enter the destination email address in the "FORWARD TO" field.
9. Click SAVE RECORD to add the forwarding rule.
10. Click SAVE ZONE to apply your changes.

Note: The Single-Rule function requires an MX record to be configured. This is done automatically, but as it is a DNS change, it may take up to 24 hours to propagate. Please test after 24 hours.

Using a Single Rule will forward all emails sent to the specified source address to the destination address you configured.

Note: DNS changes usually take up to 24 hours to propagate throughout the Internet.

Important: This feature is only available if the domain is using our name servers.
