To configure a catch-all email address, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account and navigate to DOMAINS (Left Side Menu) > ACTIVE.
- Hover over the domain you wish to configure and click on the Manage icon on the right.
- Click on EDIT DNS ZONE.
- Click on NEW RECORD.
- In the Type menu, select MAIL (Mail Forward).
- Select "Catch-All" and enter the destination email address in the "FORWARD TO" field.
- Click SAVE.
- Click SAVE CHANGES to apply the configuration.
Note: The catch-all function requires an MX record to be configured. This is done automatically, but as it is a DNS change, it may take up to 24 hours to propagate. Please test after 24 hours.
By configuring a catch-all, all emails sent to the domain will be forwarded to the specified email address. However, be aware that enabling catch-all can significantly increase the amount of spam you receive. To reduce spam, it is recommended to configure individual email forwarding rules instead.
Note: DNS changes typically take up to 24 hours to propagate across the Internet.
Important: This feature is only available if the domain is using our name servers.
