To update the owner contacts of your domain name (also known as performing a domain trade), please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account and go to DOMAINS > ACTIVE.
- Select the domain name you wish to update.
- In the BULK menu on the right side, select the option "Update Contacts".
- In the Range field on the right side menu, select "Selected domains".
- To apply the same contact profile to all domain contacts:
- Switch the "SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT" toggle to On (Green).
- Switch the "SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT" toggle Off (Grey).
- Select the contact profile to apply from the dropdown list or create a new one**.
- Verify that the correct contact is assigned to the appropriate domain contact fields.
- Click on START BULK ACTION, then click CONTINUE.
- Choose your INVOICE PROFILE and PAYMENT METHOD, and provide the required details.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions and click PAY to complete the process.
Note: The trade process may vary depending on the domain. For certain domains, owner contact updates may not be possible through the platform. In such cases, please contact our support team for assistance.
