How do I update the name servers of my domain?

To change the name servers of a domain, follow the steps below:

A. Create a Name Server Profile:

1. Log in to your account and navigate to PROFILES NAME SERVER.
2. Click on NEW PROFILE.
3. Enter a profile name in the Profile Name field.
4. Input the name servers in the Host Name fields and click ADD.
5. Repeat this step for all name servers.
6. Click SAVE to finalise the profile.

B. Apply a Name Server Profile:

1. Log in to your account and navigate to DOMAINS > ACTIVE.
2. Hover over the domain you wish to update and click on the Manage icon on the right.
3. Click on EDIT NAME SERVERS.
4. Select the option MY NAME SERVERS and choose the appropriate name server profile.
5. Review the settings and click UPDATE.
6. In the Cart window, click CONTINUE.
7. Select your Invoice Profile, if required.
8. Check the box to confirm that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions.
9. Click PAY to place your order.
