You can set up email forwarding rules in your webmail account. Please follow these steps:
- Visit: https://www.openxchange.eu/appsuite/.
Use your full email address as the username (e.g., myname@yourdomainname.com).
Enter the password you created when activating this mailbox.
Click on "Sign in". - Click on the menu icon in the top-right corner, then select "Settings".
- In the left panel, go to "Email Filter Rules".
- Click "Add new rule".
- Provide a name for the rule.
Under Actions, click "Add action" and select "Redirect to". Enter the destination email address.
You can add additional actions to redirect emails to other addresses.
To keep a copy of the email in your mailbox, add the action "Keep". - Click "Save" to apply the rule to **only** new emails.
CAUTION: If you click "Save and Apply", all emails currently in your mailbox will also be redirected.
IMPORTANT: You can configure up to 4 email forwarding rules per mailbox.
