Why is my domain resolving to a parking page and how do I remove a parking page?

Domain names registered without any records in the DNS zone will resolve to our Moreweb parking pages, as outlined in our Terms.

To remove a parking page, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account and navigate to DOMAINS (Left Side Menu) > ACTIVE.
2. Hover over the relevant domain and click on the Manage icon on the right.
3. Click on EDIT DNS ZONE.
4. Delete the A record pointing to "185.53.177.20" and the CNAME pointing to "825610.parkingcrew.net."
5. Click SAVE.
6. Click SAVE CHANGES to finalise.

Note: DNS changes may take up to 24 hours to propagate across the Internet.
