How to reissue an MDC?

To reissue an MDC (Multi Domain Certificate), please follow the steps below:

1. In your account, go to PRODUCTS (Left Side Menu) > SSL.
2. Search the MDC where you would like to add SANs and click on Manage ICON on the right.
3. Click on “REISSUE THIS SSL”.
4. The SANs included in the current certificate will be now visible in the SAN field below the CSR box.
5. If you want to use the “previous CSR”, select this option. If you prefer to use a new CSR, please select the option: “Manual entry” and copy-paste the CSR in the CSR field. You can also upload the CSR file if you select the option: “Upload CSR file”.
6. The SAN of the loaded CSR can be also extracted and added, if you click on GET SAN FROM CSR. This can overwrite the current SANs. You might need to copy the current SAN list elsewhere to compare.
7. IMPORTANT: you can edit (add, change or remove) the SAN in this edition field. The SANs that will be included in the new re-issued certificate will be the ones you can see in the SAN edition field after clicking on REGISTER SAN ENTRIES. If you edit the SANs again, you need to click again on REGISTER SAN ENTRIES.
8. Click on ACTIVATE.
