If you enter the wrong login credentials more than five times consecutively, your account will be locked to safeguard it from automated attacks. During this time, you will be temporarily unable to access your account.
You will receive an email with the subject line: Your account has been blocked. Click on the link included in the email and enter your login credentials along with the guard code. This will unlock your account and allow you to attempt logging in again.
