To create your account, please follow these steps:
- Visit our website.
- Click on MY ACCOUNT in the top-right corner of the page, then select NEW ACCOUNT.
- Enter your email address and create a password. Confirm your password.
- Check the box: "I am not a robot."
- Click on CREATE ACCOUNT to complete the process.
Please note:
The email address you enter will also serve as your username.
When placing your first order through your account, you will be prompted to provide the following additional information: first and last name, company name (if creating a company account), postal address, GST number (if applicable), and phone number.
This information will be used as your customer account details for billing purposes and as the contact profile for your domains. If you need to use different contact information for your domains, please visit the link below:
How to modify an existing contact profile?
Important: A verification email will be sent to the email address you provided during sign-up. Please click the activation link in the email to finalise your account creation.
