How do I create a customer account?

To create your account, please follow these steps:

1. Visit our website.
2. Click on MY ACCOUNT in the top-right corner of the page, then select NEW ACCOUNT.
3. Enter your email address and create a password. Confirm your password.
4. Check the box: "I am not a robot."
5. Click on CREATE ACCOUNT to complete the process.

Please note:

The email address you enter will also serve as your username.

When placing your first order through your account, you will be prompted to provide the following additional information: first and last name, company name (if creating a company account), postal address, GST number (if applicable), and phone number.

How to modify an existing contact profile?

Important: A verification email will be sent to the email address you provided during sign-up. Please click the activation link in the email to finalise your account creation.
