To recover your login credentials, follow the steps outlined below:
- Visit moreweb.nz and click on MY ACCOUNT in the upper right corner.
- Click on PASSWORD RESET under the "Account Login" section.
- From the dropdown menu, choose one of the following options:
- Select "Domain" and enter a domain name in your account, or
- Choose "Login" and input your login name (this is often the email address used during registration).
- Press PASSWORD RESET to complete the process.
Note: You will receive an email with a link. Use the link to reset your password.
If the email address linked to your account is no longer valid, please follow the instructions below:
For Private Individuals:
- A formal request to update the account email address, signed by the account holder.
- A new email address to replace the current one.
- A clear copy of the account holder's passport or driver licence.
- A photo of the account holder holding their passport or driver licence in hand.
For Companies or Organisations:
- A signed request to update the account email address on official letterhead of the organisation.
- The updated email address to replace the current one.
- A clear copy of the representative's passport or driver licence.
- A photo of the representative holding their passport or driver licence in hand.
- An official document (e.g., power of attorney or articles of incorporation) proving the representative's authority to act on behalf of the organisation.
To update the email address in your account, please send the required documents to: legal@moreweb.nz
We will review your submitted documents and update your account with the new email address as soon as possible. Once updated, an email containing your credentials will be automatically sent to the newly provided email address.
