How can I configure IP whitelisting for my account?

You can set up IP whitelisting in your account to enhance security. With this feature, access to your account will only be possible from the specified whitelisted IP addresses or IP ranges.

Please follow these steps to configure IP whitelisting:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on your ID number located in the top-right corner.
3. Navigate to SECURITY IP WHITELIST.
4. Click on NEW IP ADDRESS.
5. Enter the IP address or IP range you want to whitelist.
6. Click SAVE to apply the changes.

IMPORTANT: The first IP address to be whitelisted must be the one you are currently using. Otherwise, you may lock yourself out after logging out. Once your current IP is whitelisted, you can add additional IP addresses or ranges as needed.

NOTE: There is no limit to the number of IP addresses you can add to the whitelist.
