To ensure proper email reception, please verify that your domain has the following MX records configured. If your domain is using our name servers, these records are typically set up automatically.

Preventing Emails from Being Flagged as Spam
To avoid emails being marked as spam, ensure that the following SPF value is configured as a TXT record:
SPF Record:
- Host or Subdomain: @
- Text / Sender Policy Rule:
v=spf1 include:spf.cloudeu.xion.oxcs.net ~all
Checking and Configuring DNS Records
If your domain is using our name servers, you can verify and configure these records in your account:
- Go to Domain Names Active.
- Click on Manage next to the domain.
- Select Manage Zone.
- If the MX and/or TXT records are missing, you will need to add them.
- Click on Add DNS Record and select MX, then add the records above.
- For SPF configuration, add a new TXT record with the provided SPF value.
If your domain is using name servers from another provider, you will need to contact them to configure these DNS records for your domain.
