An alias is an alternative name assigned to an existing mailbox, not a separate, independent mailbox. All emails sent to the alias will be delivered to the primary mailbox.
Follow the steps below to configure aliases for your mailbox:
- Log in to your account and navigate to PRODUCTS > EMAIL.
- In the list of domains, click on "SHOW ALL" next to the relevant domain, then click on the MANAGE icon next to the desired mailbox.
- In the "ALIAS" section, click on "NEW ALIAS."
- Enter the alias name and click the ADD button. To delete an alias, simply click the delete icon next to it.
