You can check the quota and used storage of your email account by following these steps:

1. Log in to your account and navigate to PRODUCTS (Left Side Menu) > EMAIL.
2. In the list of domains, click on "SHOW ALL" next to the relevant domain, then click on the MANAGE icon next to the corresponding mailbox.
3. In the "Email Usage" section, you will see the total quota and the storage used.
