Please follow the below steps to setup and use your email address on your iPhone or iPad:
Incoming Mail Servers:
IMAP: imap.openxchange.eu
POP: pop.openxchange.eu
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
SMTP: smtp.openxchange.eu
Note: The outgoing mail server (SMTP) requires authentication using the same credentials as the incoming server.
IMPORTANT: We recommend using the following ports and encryption methods to connect to the mail servers:
- POP: 995 SSL
- IMAP: 993 SSL
- SMTP: 587 TLS or STARTTLS
TLS/SSL versions 1.0 and 1.1 for POP, IMAP, and SMTP are no longer supported by the Open-Xchange mail service. Please use an email client that supports TLS/SSL v1.2 or later, such as Outlook 2016, MacMail on macOS 10.11, Windows 10 Mail, Android 5, or iOS 9 and above.

Step 1
Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts click on Add account
Step 2
It is important to select the option Other
Step 3
Click on Add Mail Account
Step 4
Fill in Name, Email, Password and Description.
Step 5
Make sure IMAP is selected and fill in all fields with the provided details.
Step 6
Check that Mail is activated and click Save to verify and setup the account.
Step 7
Once setup, check that the security settings have been set correctly. Click on your email account.
Step 8
Click on SMTP to check the settings and after that continue with Advanced.
Step 9
After clicking on SMTP, click on smtp.openxchange.eu.
Step 10
Check the following and click Done.
- Use SSL is activated
- Authentication method is Password
- Server port is 587
Step 11
Now click on Advanced and check that:
- Use SSL is activated
- Authentication method is Password
- Server port is 993
Step 12
Completed, your new email address sis properly setup.
