How do I transfer a domain from another registrar to Moreweb?

To transfer your domain(s), please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Navigate to DOMAINS > TRANSFER and click on the NEW TRANSFER button.
3. Select FROM ANOTHER REGISTRAR.
4. Enter the domain name you want to transfer and click on TRANSFER.
5. Continue clicking on Continue until you reach the CONFIGURE page.
6. Click the edit icon to select the contact and name server profiles you wish to apply.
7. Provide any additional required information, such as auth codes, documents, or company registration numbers.
8. Click on the CONTINUE button.
9. Select your INVOICE PROFILE and preferred payment method.
10. Agree to our terms and conditions.
11. Click PAY to finalise your order.

Note for gTLDs (.COM, .BIZ, .INFO, .MOBI, .NET, .ORG, etc.):

• An authorisation code (auth code) is required. Please contact your current registrar to obtain this information.
• The domain must be unlocked. Contact your current registrar to unlock your domain.

Note for ccTLDs (.AU, .NZ, .IN, .CN, .NU, .TO, .US, etc.):

• An auth code is required for some ccTLDs (including .NZ). Please contact your current registrar to obtain this information.
• Additional details, such as a company registration number or trademark number, may be required for certain ccTLDs.
