How do I cancel an internal transfer?

To cancel your current internal transfer, please follow the steps below:

Option 1: From the Losing Account

1. Log in to your account (the losing account).
2. Navigate to DOMAINS > TRANSFER.
3. Select the domain name, click on the Cancel Icon, and then click CONFIRM.

Option 2: From the Gaining Account

1. Log in to your account (the gaining account).
2. Navigate to DOMAINS > TRANSFER.
3. Click on the Trash Bin icon next to the concerned domain, and then click CONFIRM to refuse the transfer.
