How can I find the Owner of a domain name?

Registries maintain a public database called WHOIS, which contains the details of domain name owners. You can use WHOIS to find information about the registrant (domain owner).

If the domain is in your account, you can view the contact details of the domain owner by following these steps:

1. Log in to your account and go to DOMAINS > ACTIVE.
2. Hover over the domain in question and click on the Manage Icon on the right.
3. The contact information will be displayed under the Contacts section.

Note: In some cases, you may notice that the WHOIS data does not match the original details provided during registration. This could be due to:

• Certain registries keeping specific WHOIS data private (e.g., organisational contact, email address, billing contact).
• Using a trustee or local presence service for the domain.
• Activating the domain privacy service for the domain.
