If your order could not be completed, the payment linked to your order will be refunded, excluding any setup fees, which are non-refundable. For payments made via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your Moreweb prepaid account, which can be used for future orders (e.g., registration, renewal, transfer, etc.).
To request a refund to the original payment method, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Moreweb account.
- Under BILLING & PAYMENT (Left Side Menu), click on REFUNDS.
- Click on the REQUEST A REFUND button.
- Select the refund type (Complete or Partial). For partial refunds, enter the amount to be refunded.
- Click SUBMIT to confirm the refund request.
