If your domain name has not expired, it is possible that you have more than one account. If you do not remember the login credentials for your account, please follow the steps below to recover them:
To recover your login credentials:
- Visit our website and click on MY ACCOUNT (Upper Right Corner).
- Under "Account Login", click on PASSWORD RESET.
- In the dropdown list, select either Domain or Login and enter the relevant information.
- Click on PASSWORD RESET.
