How do I start an internal transfer?

An internal transfer is when a domain is transferred between two accounts.

Before initiating the transfer, ensure that the contact details of the gaining account are complete and accurate. If these details are incomplete, the internal transfer cannot proceed.

The losing account must initiate the procedure:

1. Log in to your account and navigate to DOMAINS > TRANSFER.
2. Click on NEW TRANSFER and select INTERNAL TRANSFER.
3. Select the domain from the dropdown list.
4. Enter the login name of the gaining account.
5. Click on TRANSFER and then CONFIRM to initiate the internal transfer.

The gaining account must finalise the procedure:

1. Log in to your account and navigate to DOMAINS > TRANSFER.
2. Click on the ACCEPT icon to accept the transfer or the RECYCLE BIN icon to refuse it.
3. Click CONFIRM to validate your choice.

After a few minutes, the domain will appear in the gaining account's domain list.
