How do I remove domain privacy?

If you want to remove domain privacy (WHOIS privacy) for one or multiple domains, please follow these steps.

IMPORTANT: Removing domain privacy will make the domain contacts publicly visible in the WHOIS database. Please also note that this service is non-refundable. If you need to re-enable domain privacy (WHOIS privacy) for the same domain, the fee will need to be paid again.

For multiple domains:

1. Log in to your account and go to DOMAINS > ACTIVE.
2. Select the domains you want to update.
3. In the BULK TOOL (Right Side Menu), choose "Disable Domain Privacy."
4. Under the RANGE field, select "Selected domains."
5. Click on the START BULK ACTION button.
6. On the CONFIGURE page, select the contact profile to apply to your domains.
7. Click CONTINUE until you reach the checkout page.
8. Select your invoice profile and payment method.
9. Accept the terms and conditions, then click PAY to finalize your request.

For a single domain:

1. Log in to your account and go to DOMAINS > ACTIVE.
2. Hover over the domain and click on the Manage icon.
3. Under the Contacts section, switch DOMAIN PRIVACY to off (grey).
