Read the following if you want to hide your personal information from the public WHOIS database.
We provide domain privacy (WHOIS privacy) for gTLDs, such as .COM, .NET, etc., but it is not available for ccTLDs like .NZ, .AU, .UK, etc. If the domain privacy service is available for your chosen domain extensions, it will be shown as option during the registration or update process.
If you need to remove domain privacy (WHOIS privacy) for one or multiple domains, please follow the instructions below.
Please note that this service is non-refundable. Additionally, if you decide to re-enable domain privacy (WHOIS privacy) for the same domain, the fee will need to be paid again.
For multiple domains:
- Log in to your account and navigate to DOMAINS > ACTIVE.
- Select the domains you want to update.
- In the BULK TOOL (Right Side Menu), choose the option Enable Domain Privacy.
- In the RANGE field, select Selected domains.
- Click on the START BULK ACTION button.
- Review your cart and click CONTINUE to proceed to the checkout page.
- Choose your INVOICE PROFILE and PAYMENT METHOD.
- Agree to our TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
- Click PAY to complete your order.
For a single domain:
- Log in to your account and navigate to DOMAINS > ACTIVE.
- Hover over the domain in question and click on the Manage Icon.
- Under the Domain contacts section, toggle the Green Slider to disable DOMAIN PRIVACY.
- Click CONTINUE until you reach the checkout page.
- Choose your INVOICE PROFILE and PAYMENT METHOD.
- Agree to our TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
- Click PAY to finalise your order.
