How can I deactivate DNSSEC?

In order to deactivate DNSSEC please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to DOMAINS > ACTIVE.
3. Click on "Manage" Icon on the right of the concerned domain.
4. Click on MANAGE DNSSEC.
5. Click on DEACTIVATE DNSSEC.

Please note that the deactivation of DNSSEC will take 48 hours to complete. It is possible to transfer-out a domain during this period.

IMPORTANT: if you need to update a domain from name servers to external ones, it is absolutely necessary that you first deactivate DNSSEC, following the steps above.
