How to deactivate DNSSEC on my domain (external name servers)?

If your domain is not using Moreweb name servers and you need to deactivate DNSSEC, please follow the steps indicated below:

1. In your account go to DOMAINS (Left Side Menu) > ACTIVE.
2. Move the cursor over the concerned domain and click on Manage Icon on the right.
3. In the Name servers section, Click on DNSSEC.
4. On the Modify DNSSEC Screen click on the Keys View
5. On the DNSSEC KEYS windows click on the recycle bin to delete the DNSSEC key and click on SAVE.
6. In case of Success you will get the message SUCCESS Domain unsign Success.
