You can set up a vacation notice in your webmail account by following these steps:
- Go to: https://www.openxchange.eu/appsuite/
- Log in using your complete email address (e.g., myname@yourdomainname.com) as the username and the password you created when activating the mailbox. Click on "Sign in."
- In the top-right corner, click on the menu icon, then select "All Settings."
- On the left panel, navigate to Email Rules Vacation Notice.
- Enter the subject for the vacation notice message.
- Type the text for the vacation notice message.
- Select the number of days between sending vacation notices to the same sender.
- Ensure the vacation notice is enabled for your mailbox.
- You can also specify a time period during which the vacation notices will be sent.
