If you purchased multiple mailboxes, the corresponding token(s) for each one can be found under DOMAINS & PRODUCTS > EMAIL (Left side menu). To create your mailbox, you need to activate the token.
- Select the token from the drop-down menu and click the blue button: ACTIVATE EMAIL.
- Choose the option: "Moreweb" (for domains registered with us) or "EXTERNAL" (for domains not registered with us).
- If you select "Moreweb":
- Select the domain from the drop-down menu.
- Enter the mailbox name in the "CREATE YOUR EMAIL" field.
- If you select "EXTERNAL":
- Enter the domain name in the DOMAIN NAME field.
- Enter the mailbox name in the "CREATE YOUR EMAIL" field.
- You can either set and confirm your own password or allow the system to generate one for you.
- Click the "ACTIVATE" button.
- Once activated, the mailbox will appear in your account under PRODUCTS > EMAIL.
