How do I activate an email address?

If you purchased multiple mailboxes, the corresponding token(s) for each one can be found under DOMAINS & PRODUCTS > EMAIL (Left side menu). To create your mailbox, you need to activate the token.

1. Select the token from the drop-down menu and click the blue button: ACTIVATE EMAIL.
2. Choose the option: "Moreweb" (for domains registered with us) or "EXTERNAL" (for domains not registered with us).
3. If you select "Moreweb":
   • Select the domain from the drop-down menu.
   • Enter the mailbox name in the "CREATE YOUR EMAIL" field.
4. If you select "EXTERNAL":
   • Enter the domain name in the DOMAIN NAME field.
   • Enter the mailbox name in the "CREATE YOUR EMAIL" field.
5. You can either set and confirm your own password or allow the system to generate one for you.
6. Click the "ACTIVATE" button.
7. Once activated, the mailbox will appear in your account under PRODUCTS > EMAIL.
