How to activate my free email address?

Moreweb provides one free email address with every domain registered through us. To activate your free mailbox, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Moreweb account and navigate to DOMAINS > ACTIVE.
2. Click the MANAGE icon next to the domain name you want to set up the mailbox for.
3. In the Add-on services section, click on ACTIVATE FREE EMAIL.
4. Click on REDEEM FREE EMAIL ACCOUNT.
5. Select the option DOMAIN NAME WITH Moreweb.
6. Enter the desired mailbox name in the "Username" field.
   • The MX record directs mail flow to a specific mail server. If you select "Use the default Moreweb settings," our system will automatically configure the necessary MX record in the domain's DNS zone. If you do not select this option, the DNS settings will remain unchanged, but you will need to manually configure the MX record later. Please note that your email address will not function until the MX records are properly set.
   • You can either set and confirm your own password or let our system generate one for you.
7. Click on ACTIVATE.

Once activated, the mailbox will appear in your Moreweb account under PRODUCTS > EMAIL.

You can access your email address using the webmail account.
