If you have purchased multiple email addresses, you can find the corresponding token(s) for each one under EMAIL (Left side menu). To create your mailbox, you need to activate the token.
- Log in to your account and click on DOMAINS & PRODUCTS > EMAIL.
- Select the token from the drop-down menu and click the blue button: ACTIVATE EMAIL.
- Choose the option: "Moreweb" (if the domain is registered with us) or "EXTERNAL" (if the domain is registered elsewhere).
- If you select "Moreweb," choose the domain from the drop-down menu and enter the mailbox name in the "CREATE YOUR EMAIL" field.
- If you select "EXTERNAL," enter the domain name in the DOMAIN NAME field and the mailbox name in the "CREATE YOUR EMAIL" field.
- You can either set and confirm your password or allow the system to generate one for you.
- Click the "ACTIVATE" button.
- Once activated, the mailbox will appear in your account under PRODUCTS EMAIL.
