How do I activate my paid email address ?

If you have purchased multiple email addresses, you can find the corresponding token(s) for each one under EMAIL (Left side menu). To create your mailbox, you need to activate the token.

1. Log in to your account and click on DOMAINS & PRODUCTS > EMAIL.
2. Select the token from the drop-down menu and click the blue button: ACTIVATE EMAIL.
3. Choose the option: "Moreweb" (if the domain is registered with us) or "EXTERNAL" (if the domain is registered elsewhere).
4. If you select "Moreweb," choose the domain from the drop-down menu and enter the mailbox name in the "CREATE YOUR EMAIL" field.
5. If you select "EXTERNAL," enter the domain name in the DOMAIN NAME field and the mailbox name in the "CREATE YOUR EMAIL" field.
6. You can either set and confirm your password or allow the system to generate one for you.
7. Click the "ACTIVATE" button.
8. Once activated, the mailbox will appear in your account under PRODUCTS EMAIL.
