To remove two-step verification (TSV) from your account, please provide the following documents for security reasons. Send the documents to legal@moreweb.nz.
If you are a private individual:
- A signed request to remove TSV (two-step verification) submitted by the account holder.
- A clear copy of the account holder’s passport or ID card.
- A photo of the account holder holding their passport or ID card in hand.
For companies or organisations:
- A signed request to remove TSV (two-step verification) completed on the letterhead of the entity listed as the account holder.
- A clear copy of the passport or ID card of the individual authorised to represent the account holder.
- A photo of the authorised representative holding their passport or ID card in hand.
- An official document verifying the individual’s authority to act on behalf of the account holder (e.g., power of attorney, articles of incorporation, etc.).
Once the required documents are received, we will review them and make the necessary updates to your account.
