To reset your account's Whitelisting IP feature, please provide the required documents by sending them to legal@moreweb.nz.
If you are a private individual:
- A signed request to reset the IP Whitelisting function, completed by the individual listed as the account holder.
- A clear copy of the account holder's passport or identity card.
- A photo of the account holder holding their passport or identity card in hand.
For companies or organisations:
- A signed request to reset the IP Whitelisting function, completed by the individual authorised to act for the account holder.
- A clear copy of the passport or identity card of the person managing the Moreweb account.
- A photo of the account owner holding their passport or identity card in hand.
- An official document verifying the representative's authority to act on behalf of the account holder (e.g., power of attorney, deed of incorporation, or extract from the company register).
Once we receive the required documents, we will review them and proceed with resetting the Whitelisting IP feature for your account.
This process will remove all previously registered IP addresses.
