Follow these steps to create a backup for your Managed WordPress:
- Log in to your account and open the MENU.
- Go to PRODUCTS > WORDPRESS and click the Edit button next to your subscription.
- In the Plesk Control Panel section, click on PLESK CONTROL PANEL (Advanced Users).
- Click on ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.
- Click on "Back Up My Account and Websites" at the top-left corner.
- Choose your desired options and click OK.
You can also schedule backup tasks in Plesk Backup Manager as follows:
- Log in to your account and open the MENU.
- Go to PRODUCTS > WORDPRESS and click the Edit button next to your subscription.
- In the Plesk Control Panel section, click on PLESK CONTROL PANEL (Advanced Users).
- Click on ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.
- Click on "Back Up My Account and Websites" at the top-left corner.
- Click on Schedule.
- Select "Activate this backup task" and configure your preferred options.
- Click Apply and OK to save the changes.
Once the backup is created, it will appear in the Backup Manager. You can also download the backup file locally by clicking the arrow next to the corresponding backup item.
To configure a remote backup on an FTP server, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account and open the MENU.
- Go to PRODUCTS > WORDPRESS and click the Edit button next to your subscription.
- In the Plesk Control Panel section, click on PLESK CONTROL PANEL (Advanced Users).
- Click on ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.
- Click on "Back Up My Account and Websites" at the top-left corner.
- Click on "Remote Storage Settings".
- Select FTP.
- Enter the required data.
- Click Apply and OK to save your settings.
