How to order an MDC?

Please follow the steps below to order your MDC (Multi-Domain Certificate):

1. Log in to your account and navigate to PRODUCTS > SSL.
2. Click on NEED MORE CERTIFICATES? BUY NOW.
3. Select the option: SECTIGO MULTI DOMAIN SSL.
4. Choose the MDC product type: DV, OV, or EV, then click on CONFIGURE.
5. Select one of the following options:
• If you do not yet have a CSR (Certificate Signing Request):
  • Check the option “Manual Configuration.”
  • Add the additional SANs and/or wildcard SANs directly in the "Domains and Wildcard Domains" box, or simply enter the number of SANs and Wildcard SANs required.
  • IMPORTANT: An MDC includes 3 SANs (with the common name counted as a SAN). Any additional SANs will incur extra charges.
• If you already have a CSR:
  • Select the option “Import CSR.”
  • Choose “Manual Entry” to paste the CSR manually, or upload the CSR file.
  • Click on DECODE CSR.
6. Click on ADD TO CART.
7. Click CONTINUE until you reach the checkout page.
8. Review your order in the cart, verify your invoice profile, accept the Terms & Conditions, and click PAY to place your order.

A token will be delivered to your account under PRODUCTS > SSL > SSL Tokens. To begin the issuance process for your MDC, you need to activate this token. Follow the steps here to complete the activation.
