How to activate an MDC?

To activate your MDC (Multi-Domain Certificate), please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account and go to PRODUCTS > SSL.
2. Under the “ACTIVATE SSL TOKEN” section, select the relevant token and click on ACTIVATE CERTIFICATE.
3. If your token does not already contain a specific CSR (Certificate Signing Request), either copy and paste it into the provided box or select the “Upload text file” option, then locate and upload your CSR file.
4. Click on VALIDATE CSR and review the SANs listed in the SAN field. The SANs included in the certificate will be those displayed in the SAN edition field after clicking DECODE CSR. If you edit the SANs, click REGISTER SAN ENTRIES to save the changes.
5. Choose the domain validation method: DNS Record, Email, or URL. (If the domain uses our name servers and you select DNS Record, validation will be automatic.)
6. Select a contact profile. (For OV and EV certificates, you will also need to provide your business location and organization details.)
7. Click on ACTIVATE to complete the process.
