How do I connect to my FTP account?

You can find the FTP access in your hosting control panel by following these steps:

1. Log in to your account and navigate to PRODUCTS (Left Side Menu) > HOSTING.
2. Hover over the domain name in question and click on the Manage Icon.
3. In the Plesk Control Panel, click the "MANAGE HOSTING" button.
4. Once in the Hosting Control Panel, click on FTP. Here you will find the username (user ID) and can set a password of your choice. The FTP server address will also be displayed.
