How do I recover the management of my domain name?

To recover the management of a domain name, please create an account with Moreweb and email our Legal department at legal@moreweb.nz. Your request should include the following documents and information:

If the domain is registered to a private individual:

• A written request to claim the management of the domain name, duly signed by the Registrant.
• A clear copy of the passport or ID card of the individual representing the Registrant.
• The login name of your Moreweb account.

If the domain is registered to a company:

• A written request to claim the management of the domain name, duly signed and on the letterhead of the Registrant entity.
• A clear copy of the passport or ID card of the individual representing the Registrant.
• An official document proving the individual’s authority to act on behalf of the domain owner (e.g., Power of Attorney, Articles of Incorporation).
• The login name of your Moreweb account.
