How do I request a refund from my prepaid account?

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Moreweb account and navigate to BILLING & PAYMENT (Left Side Menu), then click on REFUNDS.
2. Click on the REQUEST A REFUND button.
3. Select the refund type (Complete or Partial). If you choose Partial, enter the amount to be refunded.
4. Click SUBMIT to confirm your refund request.
