How can I reissue an invoice?

If you need an invoice reissued due to incorrect details (e.g., a change in your address or company name), please contact our team. Note that there is a fee of 30 NZD (excluding GST) per invoice reissue. We will generate a quote to cover the administrative fees associated with the reissued invoice. Once the quote has been paid, we will issue a corrected invoice. To pay a quote, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Moreweb account and navigate to BILLING PAYMENT (Left Side Menu), then click on QUOTES.
2. Select the quote(s) you wish to pay by checking the box.
3. Click on PAY QUOTES.
4. Accept the terms and conditions.
5. Choose your preferred payment method.
6. Click PAY NOW to confirm and complete your payment.
