How do I remove a credit card from my account?

If you wish to remove your credit card information from your account, please note that domains set to auto-renew mode cannot be renewed if there are no funds in your Moreweb prepaid account or if no credit card is set as the default payment method.

To remove your credit card information, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Moreweb account and navigate to BILLING PAYMENT (Left Side Menu), then click on PAYMENT METHODS.
2. Ensure the card (indicated by a Green Frame) is not selected as the Default Payment Method. If it is, click on the payment method to deselect it.
3. Click on the Trash icon located below the credit card you wish to remove.
