What is a shared access?

Shared access enables multiple users to access your account, with the ability to assign varying levels of permissions. This allows you to control what each user can view or manage. It is an excellent feature for granting access to third parties while retaining full control over your account. Below is an overview of the different access levels:

• Viewer profile - Users can view the domain details overview but cannot make any changes.
• Config profile - Users have more permissions than the Viewer profile and can edit DNS zones, but they cannot access the billing area.
• Buyer profile - Users have access similar to the Manager profile, except for domain folder creation.
• Manager profile - Users with this profile have the highest level of access.

This feature is highly convenient for granting employees or third-parties access while maintaining your privacy and full control of your account.
